45 Day Moneyback Guarantee
At SunnahStyle.com we stand behind the quality of our garments and are pleased to offer a 45 day money back guarantee to all our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way simply return the unworn item hassle-free within 45 days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund of the purchase price (less the applicable restocking fee - see chart below). |

Things to Note:
- All items being returned must be in brand new condition.
- The original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred to ship their garment back to us.
- We do not issue refunds on any items after 45 days have passed since the date the order was shipped. It is no problem if we receive the order after the 45 day period as long as the authorization number was requested within the 45 days.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges for garments that have been hemmed or modified by us at the request of the customer.
- We do not issue refunds on items that have been worn, damaged or altered by the customer. If we receive any returns that have signs of wear or are damaged/altered, a refund will not be issued and the customer will be required to pay the necessary shipping costs to have the item returned to them.
- All items purchased on clearance are final sale and therefore returns will not be accepted on clearance items.
Returns (for a Refund)
You will receive an email from us once we have received the item and have issued your refund. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. The manner in which you receive your refund will depend on the method of payment you used.
- Purchases that were made using a PayPal account will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
- Purchases that were made using any type of debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover) will be refunded back to that debit card. (It will usually take about 5 business days for the refund to appear in your debit card transactions.)
- Purchases that were made by certified cheque or money order will be refunded by mail.
Exchanges
Items that are being returned for an exchange are not subject to any restocking fees. However, the customer will be required to pay for shipping charges to have their exchanged item returned to them. Customers will be sent an email confirming receipt of their return and an invoice for the shipping charges plus (or less) any difference between the original item and the item they are exchanging for. The exchanged item will be shipped within 48 hours after the new charges have been paid. If the item that you wish to exchange for is not in stock it will be shipped once we have restocked it or you may request a different item for exchange.

How to Place a Return:
1. Email us at returns@sunnahstyle.com to get a return authorization number. Please include your invoice number, item being returned/exchanged, and the reason for the return (i.e.: item too small, etc). You must request your authorization number within the 45 day period in order to receive an authorization number.
2. You will be sent an authorization number within 24 hours in addition to a Return form and instructions on where to ship your item. Fill out the form and re-package the item including the Return form. Please make sure your return is packaged in materials that will prevent it from coming into contact with any dust, dirt, or liquids during shipping.
3. Ship your item to the return address provided.
