Shopping online is a completely different experience than your everyday trip to the store and as long as you are aware of these differences you will find online shopping to be much more convenient and hassle-free! At SunnahStyle.com, we've put together a page of pointers and guidelines for our customers who have never purchased anything online with the hope that this will make their online shopping experience with us a smooth and delightful one.
All About Sizing
Sizing is obviously extremely important when purchasing clothing online, but without trying on your garment, how are you supposed to know that it will fit you? The answer - Simply measure yourself to remove all the guesswork and make sure it fits!
Here are some general rules to follow when measuring yourself:
1. If possible, simply take a similar garment that fits you perfectly and measure that instead of your body.
Measuring an abaya, skirt, or other garment that fits you great is a lot easier than measuring your body since you can simply compare the measurements of your garment and the one you would like to order to determine the right size for you.
2. When measuring your waist - Do not suck in your gut!
This is very important unless you plan to suck in your gut everytime you wear your garment. Stand comfortably when measuring your waist and breathe the same as you normally do to get measurements that are accurate.
3. Make things easier - get someone else to measure you.
It is a lot easier when you get someone else to take your measurements, especially for measurements like your length which you can't really take accurately on your own.

3 Easy Steps to Find Your Size
Step #1 - Go to our Sizing Information page and take the measurements that are listed for the type of garment you want to buy, whether it's an abaya, dress, or skirt. Keep the rules listed above in mind while you measure yourself.
Step #2 - Head over to the detailed product information page of the garment you want to order. Since sizes vary slightly from style to style, SunnahStyle.com provides a sizing chart for each specific style so our customers can compare their measurements to that of the actual garment they will be buying. Important: The measurements listed for each product are of the garment itself, not the body size that it will fit!
Step #3 - Compare the measurements you took in Step #1 to the measurements of the product you want to buy. Remember: Take into account how much room you need between your measurements and the measurements of the garment so that it will fit properly! For example, if the bust of the abaya you are looking at is 50 inches and your own bust is 48 inches the abaya will be tight on you and uncomfortable in the armpit area.

All About Product Descriptions & Images
For your peace of mind, each item at SunnahStyle.com comes with its own product description and selection of images. We provide a wide variety of pictures for our garments from a number of different views to allow our customers to view the garment the same way they would at a physical store. On each product page you will find a main image of the garment and if you click on that image (or on the 'More Views' button under it), it will open a popup window with additional images. Although a picture speaks a thousand words, it is important that you still read the product description to become aware of any features of the garment that are not obvious from viewing the pictures.
If you require an additional image of the garment or more information on its features, be sure to contact us and we will provide you with the images or additional descriptions you require.
All About Ordering
Online ordering is really quite simple. Here's how it works:
Step #1 - Add the items you will be purchasing to your shopping cart. To add items to your cart simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page and you will see the item added to the Shopping Cart box in the right column of the page. Be sure to select the right size and quantity for the garment (if applicable).
Step #2 - Once you have finished adding your items click on the 'View Cart' button in the Shopping Cart box or the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. Review your items and double-check to make sure you have all the sizes and quantities correct.
Step #3 - Click on the Checkout button from your shopping cart and you will be taken to the login page. Here you can create an account or log in if you already have one. Make sure you have entered all your information correctly before creating your account.
Step #4 - After creating your account you will be taken to Part 1 of the Order Process: Shipping Information. Here you can modify the address to which you would like your order shipped and select the shipping method you desire. If you have any additional comments to be included with your order you may enter them on this page.
Step #5 - Continue to the Payment page where you will select the method of payment you will be using and the billing address for your order.
Step #6 - The final step is the Order Confirmation page. On this page you will be able to review all the details of your order. Be sure to double-check everything and make any modifications (if necessary) before confirming your order.
If you are paying by Cheque or Money Order - You have completed your order! You will be sent a confirmation email with the details of your order and instructions on where to mail your cheque or money order. You will also be able to view your order in your account.
If you are paying by PayPal, Debit Card, or E-Check - Follow these additional steps:
Step #7 - After confirming your order you will be taken to PayPal's payment processing page. If you are paying by PayPal you may sign in here, and if you are paying by Debit Card simply click the link provided on the left-hand side of the page.
Step #8 - Check the amount to make sure it is correct before paying. If it is incorrect you may click the 'Return to SunnahStyle.com' link to modify it.
Step #9 - Once you have paid for your order you will see an orange button that says 'Return to SunnahStyle.com'. Follow this link back to SunnahStyle.com to complete your order. Congratulations, your order has been completed! You will receive a confirmation email from SunnahStyle.com and a receipt from PayPal for your payment.
All About Privacy & Security
A big concern for those new to online ordering is security. It is important that you read the Privacy Statement of any site that will be requiring your personal or financial information to learn how exactly how they use it and what they use it for. All customers are encouraged to read SunnahStyle.com's Privacy Statement before ordering.
Just like in a store, there are certain standards in place that every online shopping environment should be using to ensure your information is protected. SSL technology is a way of encrypting your information online to prevent it from being deciphered or accessed by criminals.
SunnahStyle.com uses SSL encryption on all pages that require you to enter personal information. You can tell if a page is SSL encrypted when you see a padlock icon at the bottom or top of your browser window. As an additional indication, a box will appear in the right column of our site notifying you that the page is SSL secured.
