Where are you located?
Sunnah Style is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and we ship all orders from our Toronto location.

At the moment, Sunnah Style does not have a retail location.

Is it mandatory for me to create an account?
No. Any customer at SunnahStyle.com may browse the site and add items to their shopping cart without creating an account. A customer is only required to create an account when they are placing an order, at which time we will take their personal information for this purpose.

If I create an account with you, will you share or sell my information?
No! SunnahStyle.com never sells or shares the personal or financial information of any customer with any third party. Any information provided to us is kept strictly confidential. For more details please read our Privacy Statement.

Why do you need to know my gender?
We request the gender for the sole purpose of knowing how to properly address the customer - either sister or brother. .

Why do you ask for my date of birth?
We request the customer date of birth for the sole purpose of verifying that the customer is an adult. If you are not comfortable with providing your date of birth you may enter a generic birthdate such as 01/01/1990..

What are the advantages of having an account?
A few of the benefits of creating an account are:

Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order you simply need to add the desired items to your shopping cart. You can do this by selecting the size or colour of the item (if applicable) and clicking 'Add to Cart' on the product information page. You can then continue shopping or follow the checkout process to place your order.

Is it safe to shop on your site?
Yes. Our site is encrypted with SSL which is activated during any process that involves your personal information (i.e.: creating an account, checkout, etc). A page is secure when you see the closed padlock at the top or bottom of your browser. As an additional precaution a box indicating that the page is encrypted with SSL will appear above the Shopping Cart box on every secure page. How do I cancel or change an order?
You may cancel your order if it still has a pending or processing status by emailing us at service@sunnahstyle.com and we will do our best to make the changes you desire. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel or change it unless you would like to return the items to us for a refund or exchange after you receive them. Please contact our Customer Service department at service@sunnahstyle.com for more assistance.

How do I wash my clothing?
Proper care of your clothing is essential to ensuring it stays in excellent shape. Please see Clothing Care for instructions on washing, drying, and ironing your clothing as well as other clothing tips.

Sizing
Do you carry all sizes of clothing?
We are pleased to carry sizes ranging from 50 to 68 in stock to accomodate our plus and petite customers. We even carry abaya lengths up to 68 inches long to accomodate our tall sisters. The sizes that are currently in stock for each item are listed on the item page.

How can I make sure the item will fit me perfectly before I order it?
We recommend that all customers take the time to measure themselves carefully according to our measuring instructions for each type of garment. Sizes may vary slightly from style to style so please compare your measurements to the measurements for the specific garment you are interested in (located on the item page). Be sure to take into account the space you require to between your measurements and the measurements of the garment so that it will fit loosely.
To make things easier for our customers we have provided a simplified height chart which will tell you the abaya length that corresponds to your height. We also offer Personalized Sizing Advice for all our customers. For more information, please see Sizing Information.

Can you send me a specific measurement for the abaya I would like to order?
Of course! Simply email us at sales@sunnahstyle.com and let us know which abaya and what measurements you need and we'd be happy to send them to you.

Can you alter my item for me before you ship it?
Yes we now offer alterations on our clothing including shortening the length and taking in the width for selected models. The alterations that we can do for each model vary based on the design of the garment so please refer to the product page of the garments you are interested in to view the available alterations.

Yes! SunnahStyle.com is happy to be able to ship to customers all over the world.

I live in Toronto...Can I pickup my order?
We have a better idea! For the convenience of our local customers we offer free shipping! Local orders over $30 will be shipped via express mail so you will receive your order 1 business day after it has been shipped. Orders under $30 will be shipped via regular mail and will be delivered to you in 1-3 business days. This saves you the hassle of arranging to pick it up. This offer is open to all customers in the Greater Toronto Area, Pickering, Markham, Mississauga, and Brampton.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on the address that the order is being shipped to. Below are the approximate shipping times for you to receive your order. If your order has still not arrived after the estimated number of days please check its location using your tracking number (if applicable) or feel free to contact our Customer Service Department and we will check it for you.

Do you provide a tracking number?
SunnahStyle.com provides a tracking number with all Canadian orders over $30 and all US orders over $80. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders that are being paid by cheque or money order will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving and processing your payment.

Do you pay for customs, duty fees, or taxes if my country issues them?
Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not SunnahStyle.com.

Returns
Can I return my item?
Absolutely. SunnahStyle.com offers a 15 day moneyback guarantee on all purchases except for clearance items. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item you can easily return it within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Do you refund the shipping charges I paid?
Shipping charges that you paid for your original order are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the item being returned will be refunded.

Will you refund the shipping charges I have to pay to ship my return back to you?
Unfortunately we do not cover this cost unless we originally sent you the wrong item or the item you received was defective.
