Where is the best place on my site to put banners and links?
To increase your sales, banners and links should be put on the pages that have the highest traffic (such as your homepage) since the more people that see the banners, the more that will visit SunnahStyle.com, and the more that will make a purchase inshaa'Allaah.

How do I link to a specific product and still have my sales tracked?
You can simply use our Create a Link feature to select the product you would like to link to and it will provide you with the code for both an image and text link for you to use on your site.

Can I change the size of the banners?
Sure you can. We have provided a variety of sizes for you to use but you are free to change the size to fit your site. However, we would recommend that you do not alter the code for the banner since this if you remove your affiliate information from the code your sales from that banner will not be tracked.

Earnings & Payments
When will I get paid?
Affiliate earnings are calculated on the first day of every month and will include earnings for all sales from the first day to the last day of the previous month. All payments will be processed and transferred to the affiliate's PayPal account by the 7th day of the month.

Are earnings held for a certain amount of time?
Your earnings are only held until the order has been shipped which will be within 48 hours after the order was placed.

What happens if a customer cancels their order?
A customer can only cancel their order before it has been shipped so the earnings for the sale would not yet have been included in the affiliate's earnings. Commission on cancelled sales will not count towards your affiliate earnings.

What happens if a customer returns/exchanges their purchase?
If a customer returns their purchase for a refund the affiliate earnings will be adjusted and the amount of the sale will be deducted from your next payment. If a customer exchanges their purchase then your affiliate earnings will be adjusted and any balance will be added to or deducted from your next payment.

Can I get store credit for the amount of my earnings instead of being paid?
Sure you can. If you would like to receive store credit instead of payment please Contact Us and we will arrange this for you.

Affiliate Accounts
I have more than one site, can I put banners/links on both?
If you would like to put affiliate links on more than one site you must create two separate affiliate accounts (under two separate email addresses). This will allow us to track the sales and clickthroughs from both of your sites. You may use the same PayPal account for both.
